This hand-drawn illustration tee conveys Sotto la Vite’s core purpose: more than just coffee, we’re on a mission. Since 2016, SLV’s founding family has been providing life-saving care and resources to the orphans of Mukono, Uganda, all with the dream of one day being able to physically build a permanent orphanage where the children will be consistently safe and cared for.
In mid-2026, we finally received the land and shell structure of our future orphanage. But we’re at a critical juncture where we need to fund the finishing of the construction, install plumbing and electricity, supply the furnishings, etc. When you purchase our merch, you are literally contributing to the physical building itself RIGHT NOW. Whether you support us by booking our boutique mobile coffee cart for an event, or purchasing our hand-made merch online, or by simply donating — you are directly changing the lives of orphans in Mukono, Uganda.
